How to pay ? USD or EURO ?

Most of payments are made ‘’cash’’, in other words with paper money bills. You will found the following paper bills: 200, 500, 1000, 2000, 5000, 10 000, 20 000, 50 000, 100 000, 200 000 and 500 000 đ.

You can withdraw money with your VISA card or MasterCard from big cities’ ATM machines.

1 € = 28 000 VND et 1 USD = 21 000 VND.

EURO money is easy to exchange; it is then not very advantageous to keep dollars.

In some hotels and shops, it is also possible to pay in dollars, sometimes in euros or with a credit card. In this latter case, the current exchange rate of the day will be applied. Credit card payments may be charged from 3% to 5%. Traveller’s checks are exchangeable in any counters of any banks in the cities.a
